Fernando Rodriguez helped me with my last lease, and after that experience he was the first person I’d ask for when I came back. Great customer service will do that! This time around he was juggling two other customers at the same time and still made me feel taken care of, stayed within my budget, and had me in and out in under three hours. My previous vehicles were serviced at their respective dealerships, and I have gotten medicore at best service when bringing my car in for maintenance or issues. Fox Valley Volkswagen in St. Charles is different in such a good way. I am a first time Volkswagen owner, and they have won a customer for life. The level of care and service for any questions I have has been unreal. They are respectful and speak to me kindly and professionally. They are timely, organized, and thorough. I am thrilled to have found them and will recommend Volkswagen and this dealership specifically to everyone.
