Smooth Out of State Purchase I would like to extend a huge SHOUT OUT to Fox Valley VW in St Charles, IL (specifically John Bautista in Sales and John Cordova in Finance) for working with me on the purchase of my new, pre-owned Lexus SUV this week. I'm in Maryland but found this vehicle on one of the online auto buying Websites. The dealership allowed me to do an independent pre purchase inspection by a third party expert mechanic before buying the vehicle, which helped me have the confidence to know everything was in working order and the car was in excellent condition. One small item needed to be fixed and John and his team were happy to take care of it for me without a question. I had my own independent shipping company transport the vehicle from IL to MD and it all went smoothly. John and John are even handling all the out of State paperwork for me with the Maryland MVA so I will get my plates in the mail without having to go wait in line for hours! These guys know what they are doing, are extremely professional and John Bautista went above and beyond to ensure this deal went as smooth as possible.
