Went in after seeing the listing for the 2023 s3 and David made the sale easy and wasn’t pushy like other dealers. Kept it honest the whole way and didn’t charge me for outrageous dealer packages that are usually added. Would definitely work with David again if I ever need another vehicle!

Since my lease was ending, I knew that I was going to lease another Volkswagen, and I cannot say enough good things about my salesman, Trevor. He was communicative by both email and text and was patient, provided me with a good, fair deal, and not pushy in the slightest as I debated over two models. I HIGHLY recommend working with him... The only negative experience that I had was the long wait time to work with the finance department. While Trevor did as much as he could on his end and the finance rep was kind and apologetic, it was almost two hours from the time I had decided on a car until I was sitting in the finance office; it seemed like there was only one person there that evening that could complete the paperwork. While I was certain of my purchase, it is unfortunate to think that some may consider leaving if they had that same wait time, as every other aspect of this experience was wonderful. This is my third car from Fox Valley VW, and I will be back when my lease ends again.
